marketing Twitter Retweet Groups 101

Retweet groups are a staple tool of marketing for many models on twitter. How do they work and what is the best way to use them?

When used correctly retweet groups can give you a big boost

Retweet groups are a common tool for adult models trying to build a bigger following on Twitter. While they have great potential there are also some pitfalls to keep in mind when joining and engaging in retweet groups.

What are retweet groups

Retweet groups are most often simple group conversation on Twitter between multiple models, where everyone will drop links to their tweets for the other ones to retweet. Usually they work based on the schema of drop x links in y amount of time (e.g. 2 drops per 2h), so every model will retweet all the links in the time frame before they posted their own links.

The principle is simple enough and sometimes include a retweet and like, meaning every model will also like the tweets dropped by other models before. Often groups will be based on your following, so only models with a certain similar follower count can be part of the group to keep it fair for everyone.

How do you find and use retweet groups

There is often not much public information about specific groups but rather they are being opened and operated by models that are in contact with each other or reach out to support/advance each other. The best way to find and enter suitable retweet groups is to talk to models you know and ask them if they are in groups that are looking for new members.

Once you have entered one or multiple groups it is important that you actively use them as to not be asked to leave. That means you should try to retweet the links in the group and drop your own at least daily, but some groups may work at a faster pace.

What to look out for

When using retweet groups you should pay attention to the other members, is their content matching to yours or completely different? If for example you are a findom, then retweets from girls with a more submissive persona will not bring you attention from the right kind of followers.

Another important point to check is that the group is active and all members duty-fully retweet the links of other models, if there is little activity or models are not playing fair you will see little effect on your profile.

Lastly make sure that you are in groups with models of similar reach and follower counts as yourself, so that you're sharing the combined reach of all group members fairly.
